Is it good???????????????? It’s only 4 stars!?!?!?

I had the Lobster Risotto, American Wagyu Filet mignon with 2 scallops, and a Chocolate Pot De creme dessert. Everything was excellent. The service was great. It takes 2- 2.5 hours to go thru the courses and is very high end prices, But I would do it again !

What is the best time of day to get the best service? Ive seen posts about long waits, and not too great service. This will be a joint birthday celebration...I'd almost rather stay home if it is not going to be a happy memorable experience.

Sherii you can make a reservation via their website. My husband and I went later in the evening during the week and there was no wait at all. Our service was AMAZING. If you are a fan of delicious food and fine dining you will have the time of your life. Personally I believe by geerzerfetus has absolutely no clue about what fine dining is. Hello it's Gordan Ramsay's not Golden Corral!

do they have gift cards

You can buy a gift card across the hallway at Ceasars Bite and Bean and Gordon Ramseys Steak will take those

Is there an age limit? I made a reservation for 4 and everyone is 21 and up except my sister, she’s 13 almost 14.

No age limit at all my son is 8 and loved the food

Can kids eat at Gordon Ramsay in Kansas city

Yes, they can also eat a $60 steak. May want to share a plate with young children.

They do have Bar Seating, But best bet is a Reservation

Agreed, casual to nice casual

Is it expensive?

Yes, we spent about $450 on two appetizers, three entrees, three sides, three desserts, and tip.

Do you need a reservation?

I recommend reservation if you want to be seated inside the main restaurant. They do have a nice set up with tables and such around the bar area when you walk in that I believe you don't really need to make a reservation for and you can order off the same menu as the restaurant.

Are kids allowed?

Yes. It is ultra fine dinning so no kid food.
